Columnar activated carbon finds widespread application in sea water and aquarium filtration systems, effectively eliminating impurities and enhancing water quality.

EMAIL

Columnar Activated carbon is manufactured by crushing activated carbon into small particles and shaping them into cylindrical pellets or blocks, which are subsequently placed in filtration columns. As water flows through the column, the carbon absorbs impurities, effectively eliminating odors, colors, and various contaminants. In sea water filtration, columnar activated carbon is employed to eliminate chlorine, dissolved organic matter, and other harmful impurities that can adversely affect aquatic life. Similarly, in aquariums, columnar activated carbon is utilized to remove dissolved organic matter, tannins, and other substances that can cause water discoloration and unpleasant odors.
